With its location at the historic Balboa Pavilion on Newport Harbor, Harborside Restaurant and Grand Ballroom provides a ideal, elegant waterfront dining experience.  

 

The Grand Ballroom upstairs has a large banquet facility for groups of 75-500.  The upstairs ballroom provides an exceptional, panoramic view of beautiful Newport Harbor.  The ballroom may be used for weddings, receptions, corporate events, conferences, parties, anniversaries, or whatever occasion you may be celebrating.

The restaurant provides a picturesque, panoramic waterfront view of the harbor. During your lunch or dinner, you can enjoy watching the pelicans and an occasional lion swimming in the bay.  


The entrée menu is a blend of surf and turf with first-rate ingredients and preparation.  The dinner menu is extensive (for example, crab-stuffed mahi mahi, baked tilapia, and shellfish pasta in a red curry sauce, stuffed chicken breast, prime steaks, burgers and even a Yankee pot roast). The lunch menu is similar but with more sandwiches and smaller portions. The wine list has about two dozen selections available.   There's a wonderful dessert trolley.


Daily Hours of Operation: 

     Breakfast:  9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Sunday only)
     Lunch:        11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
     Dinner:       5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
     Saloon:      11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
